UCATT says vote Yes to merge with Unite

Following delegates at conference voting overwhelmingly to merge with Unite, UCATT will be balloting this autumn for a merger with the Unite union.

UCATT is balloting NOW to merge with Unite. Voting is open until Tuesday November 1.

About the proposed Unite merger

A Revolution in Construction

A merger with Unite would - for the very first time in British industrial history - create one, single construction union. A single construction union for all workers would have industrial power never seen before in the construction industry. This would be of huge benefit to all UCATT members.

Stop Blacklisting

Blacklisting is a secretive and malicious practice that ruins lives. Individuals have been denied work in the construction industry, unable to see the information compiled about them and powerless to challenge this.
