The UCATT Executive Council met today 21st February 2013. The General Secretary and the Executive Council are keen to resolve a number of issues concerning the blacklisting scandal.
UCATT hold a biannual national delegate conference. This is, as it states, a delegate’s conference. In future the only other attendees invited to national delegate conference will be individuals who offer solidarity and friendship to UCATT, or can add value to the delegate’s experience of conference. At no time in the future will this include any managerial representatives of companies who subscribed to the Consulting Association blacklist.
The General Secretary and the Executive Council are also keen to see full disclosure of all blacklist files and that they are placed in the public domain. When this takes place the General Secretary and Executive Council will convene to agree the terms of an independent inquiry into all aspects of the blacklisting scandal.
